ASR & the Ready Reckoner

The Annual Statement of Rates (ASR) — popularly the Ready Reckoner — is the Maharashtra government's published land & construction rate for every zone/village, revised yearly by the Department of Registration & Stamps (IGR).

Why it matters for UDCPR

Most UDCPR charges are a percentage of ASR, so the ASR for your plot's zone sets your numbers:

Where to find your ASR

ASR values are official, locality-specific and revised annually — we don't reproduce the government dataset here. Look up your zone on the official eASR portal, then plug the rate into our calculator:

On eASR: pick the year, then your district → taluka → village/zone, and read the land rate (₹/sq.m). External government site — verify against the current-year ASR for your survey number / zone.
